Pauline started her dance career with the help of the Norwegian National ballet school in Oslo where she graduated in 1977.  after graduation Pauline went to New York for further studies. Already in 1979 she had secured herself a place at the National ballet company Nasjonalballetten in Oslo. She danced here for 20 years until she retired in 1999. After a long career as a dancer she found herself working as a nursing assistant and later an Auxiliary nurse.

She has taken many a course and is specially interested in health and dance, like Parkinsson's Disease for Healthcare Personell, and ABC's of Dementia Care. In 2014 she went to University of Roehampton, London and got a  MA Community Dance. 

She is now on the Advisory Board of Dance & Creative Wellness, and Nordre Aker Municipality in Oslo Dementia Team.

Pauline's area of expertise is integrating her dance background with her experience working in specialised nursing care in training sessions for elders & people with dementia.
