Knowing how many days and students you will need with an examiner is essential for organizing the exam tour. With this knowledge a time line of travel for the examiner will be made by the national manager. Please insert in the forms in the NOTE section which dates you would prefer and if there is dates you will not be able to have exams.
Please keep these points in mind:
- All exam days should be no more the 6 hours not including breaks full days 7,5 hours including breaks
- within 7 days Examiner must have 1,5 days off
- Travel days is not day off
- They are not to work later then 19:00
- Normal exam days should start 09:00 or 10:00
- Lunch and snack should be provided by you, including tea or coffee. Water to be availeable at all times.
Examiner or filmed exam:
At present most examiners will not travel outside their country of residence, but we can only hope that with the vaccination program around Europe, border restrictions will be lifted. If the Scandinavian countries have low level of Covid-19, we might be able to have Examiners come to us. There is no way we can predict what our governments will decide, and how long time they beforehand they will tell us when things will be lifted. So please be prepared to maybe film exams again this year. It is again very frustrating but we will try to our best to get examiner to come to Scandinavia. I might need one for each country. If there is a 10 day quarantine most examiners will not be able to come. The filmed option will always be optional, this will certainly be more predictable. 18th april will most likely be the date when we have to make a final decision if we can proceed with live exams.
